About the event

Join Certified Sake Sommelier Tayler Pecha for an interactive deep-dive into the art of low ABV cocktail making — and why sake might just be the most underrated cocktail ingredient behind any bar.

This event is part class, part creative playground. We'll kick things off with a quick intro on what makes sake such a versatile, sessionable cocktail base — think acidity, umami, layered flavor, and all the complexity without the next-morning regret. Then it's your turn: get hands-on with ingredients and build your own low ABV sake cocktail from the ground up.

How it works:

Observer ticket — FREE | Hang back, watch, learn, and get inspired

Hands-On ticket — $10 | Jump in, mix, taste, and create your own cocktail

After the workshop, stick around and enjoy omakase bites from the kitchen — and yes, the signature sake cocktail will be available for purchase.
